We want you to really enjoy your New General purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Please note that all sale, pantry / food, and personal care items are final sale.
All apparel, footwear, and accessory items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Swim items must be returned with the hygienic liner still in place.
If an item is sent back and is damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to refund the return.
All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. All exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of the original ship date for an exchange or store credit. We promise to exchange the item or refund in full, minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
When returning an item, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you by email when the exchange or refund is processed.
